Assistance for everyday hospital work.
Built with the people who use it.

Not every challenge has its answer yet.
Knowledge will open new paths.

Fluint stands for fluid intelligence: recognising connections, combining knowledge in new ways and finding your way through unfamiliar situations.

With lunéa , we bring this idea into everyday hospital work—helping people find and use the knowledge their tasks require.

What lunéa means to us.

Lean. Easy to use.

Support should make work easier. lunéa provides a straightforward way to access knowledge, tools and solutions of your own, with as little additional effort as possible.

Unifying. Across boundaries.

Knowledge lives in documents, data in systems and specialist expertise in different tools. lunéa connects them and puts them to work together for the task at hand.

Navigated. Clear boundaries, open possibilities.

The organisation defines the rules and permissions. Within that framework, staff can access knowledge, create new solutions and handle tasks with growing independence.

Équilibré. A better balance, together.

Humanity, quality and economic value should go hand in hand. lunéa helps bring people’s capacity and organisational demands into better balance.

Augmented. Extending human capability.

AI helps people access, understand and organise data, information and knowledge. Agentic AI carries out approved steps, extending what staff can achieve with confidence.

Product development
shaped by hospital practice.

Fluint develops lunéa with Katholisches Klinikum Bochum as its development and technology partner. Through St. Josef-Hospital, Katholisches Klinikum Bochum (KKB) is part of the university hospital network of Ruhr University Bochum. Requirements and feedback from everyday hospital work inform product development. The partnership is governed by a framework agreement.

Katholisches Klinikum Bochum

How we
work
together.

Our six values guide recruitment, conflict resolution and strategic decisions.

Capability
Clinical experience, DRG expertise and software architecture form our foundation.
Appreciation
We value other people’s contributions and perspectives. Every voice matters, within our team and among our partners.
Respect
We respect the realities of hospital work, regulatory boundaries and the time of the people we work with.
Transparency
We communicate openly, including when the news is difficult. An honest “not yet” is part of that.
Enjoyment
Healthcare IT is serious work. We still make room for laughter and enjoyment in what we do.
Commitment
We keep our promises and meet our deadlines. We make considered commitments and deliver on them.

From a need to a concrete use case.

Start by taking stock: where does your hospital stand with AI, what has already been defined, and where are the ideas and needs? In the workshop, we assess the expected benefits for care quality, economic value and staff. Together, we choose a use case and set measurable objectives. The scope and depth of the modular workshop series reflect your hospital’s needs.

AI Design Sprint®

Develop AI solutions in a facilitated workshop, on site at the hospital or remotely, with facilitators experienced in healthcare and AI. Clinical teams and IT contribute their requirements. The workshop produces a concrete concept, an economic assessment with documented assumptions and criteria for measuring subsequent success.

The workshop identifies the right starting point for your hospital—for example, document knowledge or secure access to AI. Scope and depth are tailored to your needs.
